Alana De La Garza was born in 1976 to her Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother. She is a popular actress on TV. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mom in Columbus Ohio. De La Garza moved soon to Texas and studied physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles in local independent film as well as international commercials. Despite the small parts she discovered her passion to act. She moved to New York and in 2001 she got her first part in the soap opera daytime All My Children as Rosa Santos. During the early part of 2000 She appeared on small part for JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she landed her first role in a major series on the short-lived drama The Mountain.
